Remove the sim card before you enter the unlock code. Enter unlock code number 1 first, if that doesn't work, enter unlock code number 2.
Press * twice for +
Press * three times for p
Press * four times for w
Remember you will only get 5 tries to enter the correct unlock code, so be careful and double check you've put in the right serial number (IMEI) and you've entered the unlock code correctly.
